North Carolina picked up their second commitment in the class of 2014 on Monday night when Houston, Texas native Justin Jackson gave his pledge to play for the Tar Heels.
The skilled small forward took an official visit to North Carolina this past weekend and North Carolina was widely considered the significant leaders for Jackson ’s services even before the visit.
Jackson is a top 50 player nationally and will join elite point guard prospect Joel Berry in the Tar Heels recruiting class.
