Star sophomore point guard Myck Kabongo is set to return to the Texas lineup on Wednesday against Iowa State after serving a 23-game NCAA suspension for receiving impermissable benefits.
Kabongo averaged 9.6 points and 5.2 assists per game as a freshman after coming into Texas as a highly regarded recruit.
Texas has gone just 10-13 with Kabongo sidelined.
Kabongo flirted with the NBA Draft last year and is thought to again have an eye on attempting to jump to the NBA.
